I had such a wonderful experience at Zelene Head Spa! The service was amazing, so relaxing and thoughtfully done. My scalp felt refreshed and my hair felt incredible afterward. The space is calming, and the staff truly make you feel cared for. They made my visit extra special by surprising me with a handwritten birthday note and a face mask as a gift. 🥹 Such a sweet, personal touch! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them. ✨️💆♀️

I had been wanting to try a hair spa for a while so when my hubby got me a gift certificate for Christmas, I was so excited to give it a try. My first visit to Zelene Hair Spa was such a wonderful experience! Emma (my tech) was amazing and made the whole appointment feel relaxing and personalized. The head spa treatment with the facial and scalp massage was incredible. Easily one of the most relaxing services I’ve ever had. Before you get taken back, you pick the amount of pressure you want on your scalp, which I think is very thoughtful. The space is beautiful and calming. I left feeling refreshed and my scalp felt so clean. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

I had the most incredible experience with Emma at Zelene Headspa! From the moment she started, her touch was so soothing and relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the service, which never happens for me. She gave the most thorough and rejuvenating facial massage and the way she worked on my neck, shoulders, and décolleté melted away all my tension. The hand and arm massage was the perfect finishing touch and made the entire treatment feel so complete and thoughtful. Plus the bubble detox was wonderful! My hair feels so good, clean and healthy. Emma has such a calming energy and true skill in what she does. I left feeling renewed, refreshed, and deeply cared for. If you’re looking for someone who provides not just a service, but a healing experience, I can’t recommend Emma enough.

I was really excited to try this, but never been to a head spa. I watched videos of what to expect, but was a bit different. As a plus size woman, I was nervous about the robe and gown they offer wouldn't fit. Let me tell you, they thought about sizes, they have the normal size, and a size for a big girl! If you are a size 26-32 this will fit you just fine, but the robe was a bit tight so I used my cardigan. They have you in the gown to walk around to the table and then to style your hair after, so a robe isn't needed if you don't want. They have you put your things in a locker and you keep the key. When you get there, they will put a camera on your scalp and see if you need certain treatments, but you can decline, don't feel like you HAVE TO! I did a Groupon, and I'd recommend that, since it's cheaper than buying from them. (I called asking if they would honor a Groupon price, but buy through them, but was told no. Have to buy from Groupon only for the discount.) They get you to the table, and start with a face, scalp, and shoulder rub. Then wash your face. After that they will rinse your hair with a hose and start the shampoo and scalp rub. They only use the rain head twice and only a short time. I guess I was expecting longer under that shower head. They shampoo twice and then condition. After that they will walk you to the styling area. They have hair dryers, Dyson straighteners, brushes, combs, and all types of products to use. You can do it yourself, or pay extra for them to do it. Overall, I would say it's neat to try, I would only do with a Groupon, as they are very expensive, and maybe I had a tech that wasn't the best, as my friend loved hers. Attaching pics of the front waiting area, where they look at your scalp on camera, the styling area, and showing a plus size gown!

I finally had my first head spa experience after a year of waiting. I was able to get a discounted rate off of Groupon which enabled me to be able to afford it. There were a lot of add ons to chose from on top of the package you choose so it can get expensive. They looked at my scalp before the treatment and said I had a dry scalp so I did an add on for a scalp treatment. It was relaxing overall and I enjoyed the massages. Hoping to go back again one day.
